Well it’s been an eventful season for our 1st team who put in a battling performance on Saturday to claim the bonus point we needed to secure our place in this league for next season.

After a tough start the green boys battled all season to win the right to build on these foundations and really make progress next year.

Through all of the ups and downs – the last gasp victories and defeats – you, their loyal supporters, have been there to cheer the lads on, win, lose or draw.

That’s why, for the first time, there will be a new category at the end of season dinner – Supporters’ Player of the Season.

To have your say, send your nomination to linda.buckton@waterloorugby.com by 28 April.

At the same time, we would also like your nomination for the annual Tony Pugh Award. This award seeks to recognise those who have gone above and beyond to support our Club in any capacity. If you have someone in mind, please share your nomination with david.crank@waterloorugby.com , also by 28 April.
