Come down to Firwood Waterloo on Saturday 24 October for a fun quiz night organised by several of our under-15 players.
The lads, who are also ball boys at 1st team games, are raising money to go on a four-week expedition to Kenya in 2028.
The expedition is organised through Camps International who have been running expeditions in Kenya since 2002, building long-term partnerships with local communities and project leaders.
While on the expedition, they will work on projects shaped by local priorities, contributing to long-term community and environmental goals.
That might involve rebuilding a school damaged by seasonal flooding, planting native trees in the sacred forests, or training to dive on a reef that local conservationists are working hard to protect.
The quiz night costs just £5 per person and you can just come down on the night. Doors open at 7.30 and the quiz starts at 8pm. There will also be a raffle, head and tails and all the usual fun. Bring cash!
