Nearly 100 revellers enjoyed a great night back on Friday 30 January at the Mighty Green Machine’s Burns Night party.

Guests enjoyed the full Burns Night experience with the haggis piped to the table, the Address to a Haggis, The Immortal Memory, Toast to the Lassies and obligatory Auld Lang Syne to end proceedings.

All that with a three-course meal and dancing to local band Wedrock.

The event was raising funds for the MGM’s forthcoming tour to Rugby Club Pauloussie near Avignon, who the Machine hosted last May.

Many thanks to all who attended and bought raffle tickets and a big thank you to organiser Iain Bell.

Keep an eye out for the MGM’s next not-to-be-missed night out, with a rootin’ tootin’ Barn Dance planned in the next couple of months, date tbc.  Yeehah!
