A VERY BIG THANK YOU to the volunteers who came down on SATURDAY

We achieved a lot and there is still more to do.  If you can spare even an hour, please pop down with gardening tools, petrol or cordless mowers, trimmers and strimmers.

We are working towards reopening our club over the weekend 15/16 August.

This gives us three Saturdays to return the front of clubhouse and around the pitch to an attractive and welcoming area.  Depending on progress out front, we may also be able to start to improve the rear of the buildings and some internal areas.

We have enough vounteers for this Saturday, 25th July but we really need help on the following two Saturdays.

Are you able to give us between two and four hours of your time?

Our focus will be the gardens and borders which need attention as the club has been in lockdown.  If you can turn up, please bring your own gardening gloves and tools (hoes, shovels, brushes) as well as your own water bottle which should have your name written on it.  If you have a petrol lawn mower that you are prepared to bring along that would also be helpful.

Lavatories will be available on a ‘one in, one out’ basis.

Can you please confirm your availability for day and time, including any flexibility, by emailing Pete Cureton waterloomembership@gmail.com

Best wishes and thank you

Dominic Mackenzie
