The under 16s have been improving over the last 12 months and sometimes struggle to find challenging matches.

We made contact with Cobra, the North Wales Champions and they were delighted to travel to us as they are in the same boat.

In a very competitive, good natured match, we managed to score 6 tries and 5 conversions (we think) and keep our line uncrossed.

It was a new contact added to our fixture list and we travel to them next season.

Their players, coaches and parents enjoyed the hospitality back at the club and were really interested in the history of the club and its famous past players (Bracken, Grayson, Healey, Greenwood, Kay etc)
