We applied for a grant from Natwest Rugby Force for club improvements and are delighted to report that we have been awarded £500.

Our project this year is to improve the first impression of our ground as visitors and guests arrive and was suggested by our groundsman (and resident vexillologist) Gary Hughes.  So we will be painting the gates and turnstiles, adding signage (hopefully a small electronic sign at the entrance) so that people know where to go when they arrive at the Memorial Ground.  We will also improve the gardens, the pitchside and have a general tidy up . . . if you have ever gone behind the building by the railway line, you’ll know . . .

Please volunteer - dates for your diary 22 and 23 June 2019, starting at 10:00am

Even if you only have a couple of hours to spare that will be vital.  Email Pete Cureton waterlooprojects@gmail.com to add your name to the list of volunteers.

Thank you
